Mom’s Chocolate Pistachio Cracker Candy « Cook Like Mad


I've adapted a recipe I originally saw at Cook Like Mad:

This was quite easy to make, and I did the following:
Used chocolate graham crackers;
Used Guittard White Chocolate Chips;
Used Toasted Almonds;
Sprinkled with Sea Salt; and
Broke into rough pieces, instead of cutting.

A success -- to be served to my coworkers tomorrow.

  2. They were fabulous, my co workers loved them. I love salty and sweet, crunchy and creamy, all in one candy, and your Mom's recipe was the key!
